Your best photographs are the most personal and intimate ones. Photography is not only a potent and direct means for communicating with others, it also can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and provide you with rich, meaningful imagery.

Being on a photographic journey means that you are part visual poet, part private investigator, as you learn to identify and photograph the subjects you want to better understand — in addition to creating photographs that also help you grow as an individual.

In this new and thoughtful online workshop led by fine-art photographer Jason Langer, we seek to refine the unique subject matter as well as the personal vision of each participant. We discover how to make dynamic, personal photographs as part of one’s daily lifestyle, using tools of self and artistic discovery that will serve you for a lifetime.

Together we look at the works of photographers who have taken on this growth/ investigator approach to create some of the most iconic photographs from the history of photography. These inspirational sources help us develop finer expressions of our own ideas. Ultimately, this photographic journey with Jason leads us to self-discovery and new paths.
