Our meals together in Mexico foster the important group sharing and networking experience; they also provide convenience and a variety of good food. We begin with a Tuesday evening welcome dinner on campus at la Aldea’s restaurant, followed by an orientation session.

Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant is included Wednesday through Monday. Lunches are served buffet style on campus Wednesday through Sunday. At the end of the workshop we celebrate the week and its achievements with the popular “Week in Review” and individual workshop image shows, followed by a dinner in town.

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten/dairy free options are limited at the hotel.
