Define, refine or fine-tune your portrait photography alongside two contemporary masters of portraiture—Norman Jean Roy and Christian Witkin. This master class is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to study and collaborate with two of the most influential portraitists working today. Norman and Christian inspire, mentor, support, challenge and champion the careers of an international gathering of portrait photographers. Each participant spends two days working with Norman and another two days working with Christian in a hands-on workshop format with lectures, lighting demonstrations, assignments in the studio and on location, and edit/critiques sessions. The remaining time is spent in the larger group setting for portfolio reviews, group discussions, and a unique group portrait demonstration. This workshop is limited to 24 participants, enabling the instructors to work in small groups of 12. Enrollment is by submission of portfolio or web site. Early August in Santa Fe is magical—perfect timing for this extraordinary opportunity. INSTRUCTOR(S)
