Eddie Soloway takes his popular “Natural Eye” workshop on the road to Big Sur, California, south of Carmel. The rugged beauty of this coast has captivated such icons as Ansel Adams and Edward Weston, and generations of nature and photography lovers. Inspiration is found everywhere––from mountain streams cascading through redwood groves, to wild beaches, to gloriously lit sunsets. We begin our adventure on Thursday evening with an orientation and a presentation on “Pursuing Your Passion in Photography.” Over the next two-and-a-half days, Eddie weaves together many of the elements of his Santa Fe-based workshop, including activities designed to open up a natural eye and fine-tune technical ideas that help you capture what you see. Indoor and outdoor sessions include ample time to photograph this beautiful region. The workshop concludes at noon on Sunday. For a full description of “A Natural Eye," please visit "A Natural Eye: The Winter Landscape."
Includes tuition, and classroom snacks. Lodging, transportation, and meals are not included. For further information and registration details, please visit Eddie's web site. Please mention that you learned about this opportunity through the Santa Fe Photographic Workshops.
