How best to keep people up-to-date about your latest work, and generally get the word out about yourself and your photography? The answer is to employ and leverage social media tools and networking. Yes, your web site is important, but having great imagery and supporting information online is just the first step in getting your message out in today’s highly dispersed marketing environment. Over two and half days we analyze successful case studies in search engine optimization (SEO), blogging philosophy, and distribution. We examine Facebook and Twitter engagement, ways to develop your professional network using LinkedIn, keyword advertising, and the development and deployment of successful email blast campaigns.
