If you would like to take your photographs from memory postcards to images that convey the magic of a beautiful moment, or the essence of a special place, join Eddie Soloway’s “Natural Eye” workshop in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. The park is a thousand acre photographic paradise with botanical gardens, Japanese tea garden, native plantings, Conservancy of Flowers, Stow Lake, and even a buffalo paddock. Calumet Photographic’s San Francisco store and classroom will be our base for the weekend. This summer weekend is a perfect chance to re-energize your photography with Eddie’s eye-opening ideas and practical insights into pushing your images in new directions. The weekend starts Friday evening and finishes Sunday afternoon. Eddie weaves together many of the elements of his Santa Fe-based “Natural Eye” workshop, including activities designed to change your perspective, sharpen your senses, and fine-tune your techniques. Join Eddie in San Francisco to re-energize your photography with exciting ideas, practical insights, an in-the-field session, and a chance to review your efforts. At the end of the workshop you will find yourself focused less on objects and things and more on the magic of moments and the essence of places. For more on Eddie’s “A Natural Eye” workshops, please see the “A Natural Eye: The Summer Landscape” course description.
Includes tuition only. Lodging, transportation, and meals are not included. For complete information contact Eddie at eddie@eddiesoloway.com or visit his web site, www.eddiesoloway.com. Please mention that you learned about this opportunity through Santa Fe Photographic Workshops.
