Are you getting the best out of your Epson printer? Do your prints truly express your artistic vision? As the digital revolution continues, new tools are changing the way we work, and finding a balance between traditional imaging software and the new raw convertors can range from challenging to downright confusing. So why not let one of the nation’s most respected digital printmakers expand your knowledge and provide some clarity? Join R. Mac Holbert in an intensive four-day printmaking experience and learn to integrate the old tools with the new. This in-depth, hands-on workshop explores the latest tools and developments in fine-art digital printmaking. In addition to familiarizing ourselves with various aspects of Epson printers and all they can do, we explore Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. We also look at issues like workflow philosophy, how to set up a productive working environment, and image optimization. If what you do depends on creating the highest quality photographic prints, this is an experience not to miss! COLLEGE CREDIT AVAILABLE (Course Level 300): For an additional fee, participants may elect to receive one hour of college credit through Hastings College upon successful completion of this workshop. Those interested in earning credit should inquire with Santa Fe Photographic Workshops at the time of registration, 505-983-1400, Ext. 11. INSTRUCTOR(S)
