Our busy lives can leave little time for honoring our journeys and ourselves. At the same time, daily life can also be a rich source of inspiration for photography projects. By using your creative vision to chronicle your life in a photographic journal, you not only document your experiences and preserve memories but also open yourself up to new opportunities for connecting with your artistic enthusiasm. Using a combination of techniques designed to stimulate creativity, Suza combines her love of photography and storytelling to create an uplifting, engaging, and fun approach to journal making. We explore the power of visual storytelling, using photography, artwork, and words to chronicle our unique stories. We communicate our feelings through self-portraiture, mixed-media, self-inquiry, and writing. Each day we share insights about our work, reconnect with our joy, and develop daily practices that support us in continuing our photographic journal when we return home. The creation of a photographic journal can be a healing process that supports and guides you as you move into higher levels of awareness of yourself and your work. Take a personal journey that leads to new and invigorating possibilities for your photography, and your life!
