Scott Frier has been involved in photography for more than 35 years. His career began with teaching photography at public schools and colleges and during this time he traveled extensively on photographic assignments to over seventy countries. Scott left education to join the Cousteau Society as chief expedition photographer and accompanied Jacques and Jean-Michel Cousteau on numerous expeditions including those to The Gulf of Labrador, the South Pacific, Caribbean, and the Amazon.
For more than 25 years, Scott worked with Nikon as a technical specialist in digital imaging, underwater and wildlife photography. His photographs and articles have appeared in numerous magazines and books in the United States, France, Italy, Germany, Great Britain, Japan and Brazil.
