Raul Touzon is a documentary and underwater photographer who specializes in making images that convey what he calls “the eternity of a moment.” His photographs have appeared in National Geographic Traveler and National Geographic Magazine, and are contained in the National Geographic Image Collection and Getty Images. His client list includes the United Nations and the United States Park Service.
