Linde Waidhofer sees photography as a passion as well as a profession. The author of seven fine-art books of landscape photography, she is a long-time instructor for The Workshops and a regular contributor to Outdoor Photographer magazine. Linde’s latest photographic adventure is an ongoing visual exploration of Patagonia, a South American region of incredible beauty that is relatively unknown and seldom photographed. She aims to capture the emotional impact of wild and mysterious places in images of simplicity and abstraction. This is Linde’s 16th year teaching at The Workshops. Her web site is www.westerneye.com.
