David Halpern
David Halpern is a photographer, author, eleven-time National Parks artist-in-residence, and a veteran instructor with more than 25 years of workshop and classroom experience. Solidly grounded in the techniques of traditional fine art and commercial photography, he is also a strong advocate for the digital image. David is known for his generous teaching style and emphasis on self-expression. His most recent book, Pilgrim Eye, chronicles his more than fifty years of photographing the American landscape.
