Brenda Berry is a professional photographer who has been employed in a variety of professional positions focusing on environmental portraiture, travel and nature photography. Her love of photography has taken her from Africa to the Galapagos Islands, and she has traveled, explored and photographed extensively in the Pacific Northwest as well as the Coast of Maine.
Brenda’s work has been selected for juried exhibitions, solo shows and has been published in newspapers and books, including The Lobstering Life done with her frequent collaborator David Middleton. The goal of Brenda’s professional work is to share the stories of overlooked people and threatened environments worldwide.
A dedicated teacher known for her friendliness, quick wit and contagious enthusiasm, Brenda takes special pride in helping those students intimidated by the technology of digital photography learn to overcome their anxiety and express their unique creative vision.
