Bob Sacha, an award-winning multimedia producer and an internationally published photographer, is director of visual storytelling at the City University of New York's Graduate School of Journalism. Bob has received numerous awards for his innovative work, including the 2010 Documentary Project of the Year in the Pictures of the Year international competition and the 2010 Alfred I. duPont–Columbia University Award in Broadcast News—the first duPont ever awarded for a web project. He has also been nominated for three National Emmy Awards for multimedia. Before his life in new media, Bob made his reputation as an award-winning, globetrotting photojournalist, producing photo essays, portraits and covers for National Geographic, Life, Time, and many others.
