Portfolios
Although your application and deposit will reserve a space in the workshop of your choice, you are not officially accepted into a workshop requiring a portfolio until we review appropriate samples of your photography. Do not panic! After applying for the workshop simply submit 20 images via email to info@santafeworkshops.com. Please send JPEGs (72 dpi, 5" x 7" maximum). If you prefer, you may send slides, unmounted prints, or a PhotoCD for viewing on a Macintosh. Web sites, dupes, tear sheets, and promotional cards are also acceptable.

This submission policy reflects our sincere desire to maintain a consistent level of photographic proficiency in each workshop. The portfolio review process also ensures that your choice of a workshop is a sound and prudent one. If we do not feel that your choice is appropriate, we will call you and discuss other possibilities. If you choose not to transfer to a suggested alternate workshop, we will refund the deposit, less the $45 application fee. Please note that your photographs are reviewed in-house, not by the instructors.

If you wish to have your portfolio returned, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope or labels and postage; otherwise, we will store your portfolio and return it upon your arrival in Santa Fe.
