Meals
The meal plan is mandatory for participants in workshops held in Santa Fe from February 14–March 27 and June 20–August 7, 2010. The convenience and variety of great food fosters the important group sharing and networking experience. The cost of $195 for the meal program includes a welcome dinner on Sunday evening at the Quail Run Club, lunches Monday through Friday, and dinner on Friday night. Friday evening we celebrate the week and its achievements with participant image shows. Coffee and tea are available every day.

The meal program does not include dinners Monday through Thursday. These meals can be shared with fellow participants and instructors as you wish. With over 200 restaurants, Santa Fe offers a wide variety of culinary delights.

Breakfast is available on campus Monday through Saturday for an additional $55. Vegetarian options are available at all meals. If you wish to order breakfast for the week or if you have special dietary needs, please provide details on the application form.
