If you are at all concerned about safety in Mexico please be aware that the U.S. State Department has no travel advisory for San Miguel de Allende nor the states of Guanajuato and Queretaro. We feel totally safe in San Miguel, as will you, and we hope you will join us. For further information on travel to Mexico visit the Journey Mexico site.
